This meditation is called Experimenting with Trust. This meditation can be helpful when you notice your mind or body is in an anxious state, when you feel jittery, on edge, or in a “worry trance”. This meditation guides you through tuning into your body’s vibration and gently shifting from a vibration of fear and worry to a vibration of trust. The goal isn’t to permanently remove anxiety/worry/fear from your experience but to just invite in the idea of trust, even just for a moment.
