Counselling + Psychotherapy

Individual sessions to explore and address life challenges and mental wellness.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length and provided by a registered social worker (RSW), some benefits/insurance companies may cover Social Work and/or Psychotherapy services. Frequency of appointments varies, most clients attend counselling weekly or biweekly for something acute and monthly for maintenance.

My approach to counselling is to provide a compassionate space for clients to explore and learn about their emotional wellbeing. I have trained in various modalities of therapy, and I tend to pull most from narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, hypnotherapy and EMDR.

$140 per session

Guided Meditation Bundles + Programs

Reiki 

At this time, I have decided to pause offering Reiki as part of my practice. I absolutely love Reiki and all that it has done for myself and my clients, but I am working towards narrowing my niche and services right now.
